Roger was fun and good to work with. He went way beyond he's realm to help us with the purchase of our home. Double time on some things. I'd call him again and have put his name out to a few people who are going to be looking on the Iowa side for a home. One thing I did like is if he didn't answer your call, he'd get right back to us never seemed to wait to get the answer. Roger is good

My wife and I were first time buyers and found a home listed by owner. We asked Roger to act as our realtor, and he hit the ground running. His knowledge and negotiating skills saved us a lot of time and money. If you want someone who is motivated to work for and with you; Roger is the agent to call. Another benefit of going through him was 90% of the process was able to be completed online so the only day we had to take off work was to sign the mortgage paperwork and pick up the keys to our first home!

Never worked with a better agent!
He is extremely timely and professional. Met with the subdivision developer called and negotiated- Drove several miles several times a week to show us homes, and land. Never got a voicemail- responded immediately. He walked the land on a freezing muddy day explaining showing me the best lots. I never felt like I had a dumb question and I had a ton of them! He worked around my busy schedule and met on evenings when he could have been home with his family. He is also very knowledgeable about business, housing, nw mo as well as kansas city area. Couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
